Celia Tan
Celia Tan has been a specialist volunteer with the SIF for more than 17 years. As Group Director of Allied Health in SingHealth, she played a critical role in the SIF's specialist healthcare projects. For helping to raise the standards of physiotherapy care in Cambodia, Celia was awarded the prestigious Monisaraphorn Thipadin Medal by its government in November 2019. Overall, Celia’s contributions have made a positive impact on thousands of lives in five countries.
